Question is little wrong. We have to find the % composition of the Carbon in the urea.

Now, Molar mass of the Urea = 60 g/mole.
Mass of the Carbon is 1 mole of the Urea(NH₂CONH₂)  = 12 g.

∴ % Composition of C in urea = 12/60 × 100%
  = 100/5
  = 20%

Hence, In 1 mole of the Urea, 20% of the Carbon is present.

Hope it helps.
