Moles of NaOH = 0.8*0.05=0.0040

Moles of HCl = 0.2*0.1=0.02

HCl + NaOH => NaCl + H2O

NaOH will get fully consumed and 0.02 - 0.004 = 0.016 moles of HCl will remain.

Concentration of HCl = Concentration of H+ ions = 0.016/(800 + 200)*1000 = 0.016M

pH = -log([H+]) = -log(0.016) = 1.8
