For Mono-basic acid, the Hydrogen Ion concentration will be equal to its concentration.

∴ H⁺ concentration = 10⁻² M.

Using the Formula,

pH = -log[H⁺]

pH = - log[10⁻²]

pH = 2log10

pH = 2

Now, The Ionic Product of the water = 10⁻¹²

∴ Sum of the Hydronium ions concentration and Hydroxy ions concentration =  12

∴ pOH + pH = 12

⇒ pOH = 12 - 2

⇒ pOH = 10

Hope it helps.
