To find the radius of any atom we use the formulae that radius r=n^2/Z*0.529.

Now, we all know that the value of Z for Li+2 is 3 hence we can find the value of radius by putting the value of n once as 4 and then as 3.

For Li+2 atom.

Hence, r4 = 16/3 * 0.529 and r3 = 9/3 * 0.529.

Radius difference will be 7/3 * 0.529.

Now, for hydrogen atom value of n is 1.

Hence r4 = 16  * 0.529 and r3 = 9*0.529.

Radius difference will be 7 * 0.529.

Thus the ratio will be 3:1 if we equate both the equations.
