Use the formula Q= mcΘ where m is the mass of water in kg, c being the specific heat capacity of the object ( water in this case) approx. 4200 J/kg/ degree Celcius and Θ being the change in temperature in degree Celsius

So, convert 10g to Kg , which is .01 kg then find Θ ( 80–30) degree celcius. Now plug in the numbers.
