Answer:

Resistance -

BC and CD's resistance is in series .Therefore ,it is 20 ohm

Now they are parallel therefore

R= R1R2/R1+R2

= 20×10/20+10

=200/30

=6.67 ohm

Answer:

potential difference = 6 volt

given , R1=10 ohm

           R2=10 ohm

           R3=10 ohm

now R'= R1+R2

              = 10+10

             R' = 20 ohm

now, 1/ Req= 1/R3+1/R'

              = 1/10+1/20 ( by taking L.C.M.)

            1/Req   = 3/20

so, Req= 20/3 ohm (6.67 ohm)

now ,

current= potential difference/resistance

current=6/20/3=6*3/20

= 18/20=9/10

=0.9 A

hence, current in the circuit is 0.9 A
