Explanation: Firstly calculate the acceleration applied on both the masses m1 and m2 which is a= p/m1+m2 now calculate the tension by the most basic formula, T=MA where put the value of M which is m2 (because tension is on mass 2nd) and value of m2, then you'll get the answer.
