A=P(1+r/100)^t
=12000(1+10/100)^2
=12000×(110/100)^2
=12000×11×11/10×10
=Rs14520
C.I =A-P
=Rs(14520-12000)
=Rs2520

shubhamkumar20061001: something is wrong with this que. check it
skandamp004: what
skandamp004: so I will tell you the question again
skandamp004: a man invests Rs 9608 10% per annum compound interest for 3 years calculate: 1) the interest for the first year. 2) the amount at the end of 1st year. 3) the interest for the second year. 4) the interest for the third year.
shubhamkumar20061001: P=Rs 9608 ,R=10℅,A=P(1+r/100)^t ,A=9608(1+10/100)^1,A=9608×11/10=Rs10568.8, (1) interest for 1st year =Rs10568.8-9608 =Rs960.8. (2) Amount at the end of 1st yr =Rs 10568.8
