initial velocity is 0 as body starts from rest

S=u*t+1)2a*(t^2)

where u=initial velocity, s=displacement, t=time, a= accelaration of the body

u=0 s=87.5m t=5 sec

putting in the equation

87.5*2/(5^2)=a

a=7m/s^2
