2) Calculate the accleration due to gravity on the surface of the moon.The mass of the moon is 7.35*10^22kg and the average radius of the moon is 1.74*10^6m.plugging into the formula,we have :gravity=(6.67*10^-11N- m^2/kg ^2) (7.35*10^22kg)/(1.74*10^6m)^2
=(4.9*10^12)/(3.03*10^12)=1.6m/ s^2.
