Given:-

P=10,800

n=3 years

Rate=12\dfrac{1}{2}=\dfrac{25}{2}

To find:-

Amount and compound interest

Solution:-

A=\sf p(1+\dfrac{R}{100})^{n}

\sf\implies 10800(1+\dfrac{25}{100})^{3}

\sf\implies 10800(\dfrac{225}{100})^{3}

\sf\implies 10800×\dfrac{225}{100}×\dfrac{225}{100}×\dfrac{225}{100}

\sf\therefore A=15377.34Rs

\sf Compound \:Interest=Amount-P\\ \sf =15377.34−10,800\\ \sf =4577.34Rs
