Answer:

p= principle = 12500

t=Time = 2 year

rate = 10%

10+10+(10×10/100)

20+1

21% ci

compound interest is 21 % of 12500

is 2625.

amount = principle+ CI = 12500+2625

= 15125

PRINCIPAL=RS 12500

RATE=10%

TIME=2 YEARS

THEREFORE,AMOUNT=P(1 + R/100)^T

=12500(1 + 10/100)²

=12500{(10+1)/10}²

=12500{11/10}²

=12500 × 11/10 × 11/10

=RS 15125

THEREFORE,CI=AMOUNT‐PRINCIPAL

=RS (15125‐12500)

=RS 2625

ANSWER:–

AMOUNT=RS 15125

CI=RS 2625
