Current =  Charge / time 

we know that ,

1 election (e⁻ ) has 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ Coulomb charge.

So charge here on 10 electrons (e⁻)

= 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ × 10= 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁸ C

Now by formula -

 I= q/t

I = 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁸ ÷ 10

⇒ 1.6 x 10⁻¹⁹ Ampere
