For IBA:

Disolve 25 mg in 1 ml KOH (1N), then complete the volume to 25 ml by boiling distilled water. Keep the solution (stock) in the referegirator.

Add 1 ml of the previous solution (before autoclaving) to 1 L MS medium to prepare 1 L MS basal medium containing 1 mg/l IBA.

Prepare a solution of NAA by the same method.

IBA was the best rooting plant growth regulator for many plants, and the best concentration was 1 mg/l. In some plants, NAA was better, in other plants,a combination of the two hormones was better. This depends on the plant genotype.
