Chemical Reactions,

We have,
108 gm HgO decomposed.
Have to find the amount of Hg produced.

Now the reaction is
2HgO--->2Hg +O2

So 2(200 + 16)=432gm of HgO produces 2(200)=400gm of Hg

So 1 gm of HgO will produce 400/432 gm

So 108 gm will produce = (400/432)×108 gm
=400/4 gm
= 100 gm of Hg

Therefore 108 gm of mercury oxide will produce 100 gm of mercury.

That's it
Hope it helped (●´ϖ`●)
