Explanation:

Molar mass of oxalic acid 126 (because oxalic acid exist in dihydrate form = H2C2O4.2H2O)

0.1 molar 1000ml is nothing but 0.1 mol per liter solution

1 mole equals to 126 g of oxalic acid dihydrate.

0.1mole =12.6g

So dissolved 12.6 gram of oxalic acid in sufficient water and make it 1000ml.
