Slacked lime is Calcium hydroxide. Ca (OH)₂
2 NH₄ Cl (s) + Ca (OH)₂ (s) ==> Ca Cl₂ (s) + 2 NH₄ (OH)
==> Ca Cl₂ (s) + 2 NH₃ + 2 H₂O
1 mole of slacked lime = 74 gms, reacts with 2 moles = 2 * 53.5 gms of ammonium chloride.
So 6 gms of ammonium chloride reacts with 6 * 74 / 107 = 4.1495 gms of slacked lime.
