So Molarity of NaCl =  40 × 10⁻³ M

moles  of NaCl =  40 × 10⁻³

weight  of NaCl =  40 × 10⁻³ ( 23 + 35.5 )

weight  of NaCl =  58.5 × 40 × 10⁻³

weight  of NaCl =  \frac{2340}{1000}

weight  of NaCl= 2.34g
