Work = q ΔV
= 2 C × (10 V - 5 V)
= 10 Joule

∴ 10 J of work is done.

Change in voltage = Work done / charge.

ΔV = W/q .

=> W = qΔv.

=> W = 2 ( 10 - 5 )

=> W = 10J.

Amount of work done is 10J
