Explanation:

The angle of deviation δ for a prism is,

δ = (μ-1 ) A ;     ....................................equation 1      

A is the prism angle,                  

μ = μ(prism) / μ(water)

μ = 1.5/1.3

=  1.1538

using μin equation  1

δ = (1.1538-1 ) *10

  = 1.538°
