Given,

length of minute hand 10cm which is also radius of circular path of minute hand.

r = 10cm

We know that angular velocity

 \omega = \frac{Angle}{Time} \\ \\ \omega = \frac{2\pi}{60\min} \\ \\ \omega = \frac{\pi}{30} Radian/min  \\ \\  \text{We know that linear velocity,} \\ \\ v = r\omega \\ \\ v = 10* \frac{\pi}{30*60} cm/sec \\ \\ v = 0.017453 \ cm/sec
