hey..

let the side of triangle be x

x + x + x = 48
3x = 48
x = 48/3
x = 16

therefore the side of the triangle is 16cm

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter = 48cm --->

side = 48/3 = 16cm

height = sqrt( 16^2 - 8^2)

= sqrt( 256 - 64)

= sqrt( 192)

= 8*sqrt(3)

area = height * base / 2

= 16*8*sqrt(3)/2

= 64*sqrt(3).
