Calculate the area and perimeter of a rectangle of length 16 two upon three and breadth 4 one upon two

Given,

length=16 \frac{2}{3}

and,

breadth=4 \frac{1}{2}

So,

Area

=length × breadth

= 16 \frac{2}{3}  \times 4 \frac{1}{2}  \\ \\   =  \frac{50}{3}  \times  \frac{9}{2}  \\  \\  = 25 \times 3 \\  \\  = 75

Again,

perimeter = 2(l+b)

=2(16 \frac{2}{3}  + 4 \frac{1}{2} ) \\  \\  = 2( \frac{50}{3}  +  \frac{9}{2} ) \\  \\  = 2( \frac{100 + 27}{6} ) \\  =  \frac{127}{3}
