P=F÷A

2000÷100=10/area

2000×area=10×100

2000area=1000

Area=1000÷2000

Area=1/2

Area=0.5

Given that,

Force, F = 10 N

Pressure, P=2000\ N/cm^2

To find,

Area of a dart

Solution,

The force acting per unit area is called pressure exerted on it. Its mathematical form is given by :

P=\dfrac{F}{A}

A is area of dart

A=\dfrac{F}{P}\\\\A=\dfrac{10\ N}{2000\ N/cm^2}\\\\A=0.005\ cm^2

So, the area of a dart is 0.005\ cm^2.
