calculate the area of a trapezium length of parallel sides 4dm and 8 cm and it's distance is 1 m

and formula i.e. 1/2 (aum of parralel sides)h
vut height ia in m. ao we will change it into cm. so 1 ×100=100
1/2(4+8)100
1/2(12)100
1200/2
=600 sq.cm

area of trapezium is sum of parallel sides × Height÷2

area = 40+8×100÷2
= 4800/2
= 2400
