 {cb}^{2}  =  {oc}^{2}  +  {bo}^{2}

 {17}^{2}  =  {co}^{2}  +  {8}^{2}

289 =  {oc}^{2}  + 64

oc =  \sqrt{289 - 64}

oc = 15

therefore,

Area=

l \times b  +  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times altittde

L=6cm b=15cm, base=8cm, altitude =15cm

6 \times 15 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 8 \times 15

 = 90 + 15 \times 4

90 + 60

 = 150 {cm}^{2}
