Calculate the area of the quadrilateral PQRS shown in the adjoining figure, it being given that PR=8CM, RS=17CM,angle RPQ=90°,RS=6CM and angle PRS=90°​

by using Pythagoras theorem we can find PS and PQ

then, by using heron's formula we can find the areas of the triangles PQR and PSR

for the area of the quadrilateral, just sum up the areas of both triangles
