Answer:

by Pythagoras theorem,

(12)²+(5)²=144+25=169=13cm

let a=13cm, b=14cm, c=15cm.

S=a+b+c/2

S=13+14+15/2

S=42/2

S=21cm

by herons formula,

area of triangle=S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)

=21(21-13)(21-14)(21-15)

=21(8)(7)(6)

=7056=84cm²

let a=5, b=12, c=13

S=a+b+c/2

S=5+12+13/2

S=30/2=15

Area of right triangle=15(15-5)(15-12)(15-13)

=15(10)(3)(2)

=900

=30cm²

Area of shaded region=area of big trianglearea of right triangle

=84-30

=54cm²

Hope it works.................................✌️✌️
