Lets calculate the length of the base at first.

Area of the square is S^2 (where s is the length of each side)

Therefore, each side is equal to root of area.

or, root of 900 cm

or, 30 cm

Area of a triangle is 1/2 * base * height.

or, 1/2 X (30 X 100) cm

or, 1/2 X 300 cm

or, 150 cm

Hope it helps!! and don't forget to write cm on the end of every equation.
