by the equation
Ag2C2O4 --> 2 Ag+ & (C2O4)-2
the molarity of (C2O4)-2 , would be 1/2 that of 2.1x10-4 M Ag+ = 1.05 e-4 M (C2O4)-2

Ksp = [Ag+]^2 [(C2O4)-2 ]

Ksp = [2.1 e-4]^2 [1.05 e-4]

Ksp = 4.6 e-12

your answer is
4.6 X10^-12
