calculate the concentration of a solution which contain 2.5 gram of salt dissolved in 50 gram of water

concentration = mass of solute/mass of solution *100

and,

mass of solution = mass of solute +mass of salvent

mass of solute=2.5gm

mass of solvent=50gm

by this,

2.5/2.5+50 *100 gm

=2.5/52.5 *100

=4.76 %
