If 1 mL of HCl contain 0.0365 g, then 1L(1000 mL) of HCl will contain = 1000 x 0.0365 g = 36.5 g
Moles of HCl in 36.5 g sample = Given mass/ Molar mass of HCl
                                                  = 36.5 g/36.5 g mol-1
                                                  = 1 mole.
So the molarity of given HCl solution is 1 mol L-1
The molarity of NaOH solution will be 1 mol L-1
1 mole of NaOH will contain 40 g NaOH(molar mass of NaOH is 40 g mol-1),
Therefore concentration of NaOH = 40 g /1000 mL = 0.04 g/mL
