Calculate the current flows through the 10 Ω resistor in the circuit comprising of 20 Ω, 10 Ω and 5 Ω connected in parallel when 6 V potential difference is applied through the battery?    ​

R = 20/ 9 ohm

I = 2.7 A

in parallel,

1/R = 1/10 + 1/20 + 1/10 + 1/5

= 9 / 20

R = 20 / 9 ohm

V = IR

6= I × 20/9

I = 54/ 20

= 27/ 10

= 2.7 A
