As per the given circuit ,

30 ohm and 30 ohm are in series

(as the current flowing through them is the same refer the attachment)

Rs =30+30 =60 ohms

Rs =60 ohms

Now this 60 ohm is in parallel with 30 ohm

Net resistance

Rp = 60×30/90

Rp=20 ohm

This combination is connected to a battery of 2 V

so the current flowing through the circuit is

I = V/R

I =2/20

I=0.1 A
