by de- Broglie wavelength theory

lambda= planks constant/p where p is momentum

so therefore lambda= planks constant/mv since p=mv

lambda = 6.626*10^-34/9.1*10^-31x3*10^6

since velocity of electron is 3x10^6m/s

and momentum is 9.1x10^-31kg

hence use that lambda formula

values are given ans will be easier
