Calculate the decrease in the kinetic energy of a moving body if it's velocity reduces to half of the initial velocity.

as we all know that KE=1/2mv²

KE=1/2m(1/2)²=1/2×1/4×m

=1/8m

taking m as constant

KE=1/8

so it will be eighth time of ke 1
