Hello Mate! Here is your answer:

Given,

Bulb 1,

Power (P) = 50 W

Time (t) = 2 hours

Units Consumed = Pt/1000

= (50*2)/1000 kWh

= 100/1000 kWh

= 0.1 kWh

Bulb 2,

P = 30 W

t = 4 hours

Units Consumed = Pt/1000

= (30*4)/1000 kWh

= 120/1000 kWh

= 0.12 kWh

Difference in their Commercial Unit = (0.12-0.1) kWh

= 0.02 kWh

I hope this helps.
