1gm of C 14=1/14moles =1/14N

1gm of C12=1/12moles=1/12N

diff=1/84 ×NA
diff = 1/84 × 6.022×10^22
diff = 0.071 ×10^22
diff = 7.1 ×10^23

Using the Formula,

The no. of atoms = Mass/Molar mass × Avogadro's number.

∴ No. of C-14 atoms in 1 gm = 1/14 × 6.022 × 10²³

= 0.43 × 10²³

The no. of C-12 atoms in 1 gram = 1/12 × 6.022 × 10²³

= 0.50 × 10²³

∴ Difference in no. of C-atoms = 0.50 × 10²³ - 0.43 × 10²³

= 0.07 × 10²³

Hope it helps .
