a protons mass = 1.67 × 10^-27kg

q=+e

weight of person = electrical repulsive force

mg = k.qq/r^2

r^2=kq^2/mg

9×10^9×(1.6×10^-19)^2/1.67×10^-27×9.8

=23.04/16.365×10^-2 = 0.014

r = 0.014 m
