Answer:

as s=d/t

d=s*t

so, d=5*5

d=25m

here is your answer, hope it helps mark me as brainliest.

GIVEN:-

initial velocity (u) =0

final velocity (v) = 5 m/sec

time taken (t) = 5 sec

TO FIND:-

distance from station to the train (s)

SOLUTION:-

v = u+at where u=0,v= 5m/sec, t= 5sec

=> a =( v-u)/t = 5/5 = 1 m/s

again,

v² = u²+2as

=> s = v²/2a. ( since u= 0)

= 5²/(2×1)

= 25/2

= 12.5 meter

Therefore, distance between station and the

train = 12.5 meter

Hope this helps you
