2uf and 5uf are in parallel so equivalent

C=7uf

now 7uf and 3 uf ate in series

so equivalent capacitances

C=(7*3)/(3+7)

C=2.1uf

again 2.1uf nd 4uf are in parallel

so

Ceq=2.1+4=6.1uf

so overall equivalent capacitance is

6.1 micro farad
