In the upper wire, 3 and 2 ohms resistors are in series

Hence, there the eff R = 3+2= 5 ohm

In bottom wire 6 and 4  ohms resistors are in series

Hence, there the eff R = 6+4= 10 ohm

Now 5, 30, 10 are in parallel along A and B

Hence their eff R =1/( 1/10+1/5+1/30)

1/Reff= (3+6+1)/30

Reff = 30/10

Reff = 3
