Given that,

Magnitude of charge, q=2×10^-14 C

Distance between two charges, d=2×10^-4 m

We know,

Dipole moment, p=q×d

=>2×10^-14×2×10^4

=>4×10^-18 Cm (coulomb*metre)

Then,

Electric field, E=2Kp/r^3

=>(2×9×10^9×4×10^-18)/1^3

=>72×10^-9

=>7.2×10^-8

Therefore, E=7.2×10^-8 N/C (newton/coulomb)
