Answer:

V=500v, I=2A t=5minutes=5×60=300s

Since,I=q/t=>q=It

=>q=2×300

=>q=600C

Now,Energy=1/2CV^2

C=V/I=>C=500/2=250ohm

So,E=1/2×250×25×10^4

=>E=125×25×10^4

=>E=3125×10^4

=>E=3.13×10^7J

Answer:

∴ Electrical energy produced is 300 kWh

Explanation:

Given:

time=5min=5x60 h

current=i=2A

Voltage=v=500volts.

E;ectrical energy = E= ?

Formula to be used :

E=P*t

=V*I*t  [∵ p=v*i]

=500*2*5*60

=300000 Wh

=300000/1000

=300kWh
