Answer:

Formula = kWh = [Power*Hours]/1000

No. of Bulbs = 10

Power = 40W

Time = 5hrs

Total units = [40*5]/1000

= 0.2 kWh

No. of tube lights = 6

Power = 60W

Time = 5 hrs

Total Units = [60*5]/1000

= 0.3 kWh

No. of TV = 1

Power = 150W

Time = 10 hrs

Total units = [150*10]/1000

= 1.5 kWh

No. of Washing Machine = 1

Power = 600W

Time = 5 hrs

Total units = [600*5]/1000

= 3 kWh

Total units in a day = [0.2+0.3+1.5+3] kWh

= 5 kWh

Total units in a month = [5*30] kWh

= 150 kWh

Cost of per unit a month = Rs. 2.25

Electric Bill = Rs. 2.25*150

= Rs. 337.5

I hope this helps.
