relative atom no. = 26.6/39.1 = 0.68

simplest ratio = 0.68/0.68 = 1

whole no. ratio = 1x2 = 2

0.68/0.68=1

1x2 =2

Cr will be Cr2

and

O = 38.1/16= 2.38

2.38/0.68= 3.5

3.5x2 = 7

O will be O7
