Given conditions ⇒

For the Bulbs,
 Power of the bulbs = 30 W.
  = 0.03 kW.
 Time = 6 hours.
Energy consumed by 1 bulb in 1 day = 0.03 × 6
0.18 kWh.
∴ Energy consumed by two bulbs in 1 day = 2 × 0.18 = 0.36 kWh.

For Fans,
 Power = 80 W.
 = 0.08 kWh
Time = 10 hours.
Energy consumed by 1 fan in 1 day = 0.08 × 10 = 0.8 kWh.
∴ Energy consumed by 3 Fan in 1 day = 0.8 × 3 = 2.4 kWh.

For Tube lights,
Power = 60 W
 = 0.06 kWh.
Time = 3 hours.
Energy consumed by the 1 Tube lights in 1 day = 0.06 × 3 =  0.18 kWh.

Now, the total energy consumed by the Electric appliances in one day = 0.36 + 2.4 + 0.18
= 2.94 kWh.

∴ Total Energy consumed in  20 days = 20 × 2.94
 = 58.8 kWh.

Hope it helps.
