here we know that

f = degree of freedom of gas

for all diatomic gas we have 5 degrees of freedom

So we will have

U = \frac{5}{2}(1)(8.31)(300)

U = 6232.5 J

Now we know that hydrogen as well as Nitrogen both are diatomic gas and both are given at same temperature so both will have same energy.
