Energy of 1 photon :

energy = frequency \times planks \: constant \\ energy = 4 \times 10 \times 6.626 \times 10 {}^{ - 34}  \\ energy = 26.504 \times 10 {}^{ - 33}

The energy of 1 mole of photons :

1 mole = 6.022x10^23

  = 26.504 \times 10 {}^{ - 33}  \times 6.022 \times 10 {}^{23}  \\  =  160\times  10 {}^{ - 10} joules
