hello mate

please use this formula

E = hn

where n= c/lamda

E = hc/lamda

so according to question

E= 6.626 × 10^-34 × 3.0 × 10^8 / 100 × 10^-9

(1nm = 10^-9 )

E = 19.87 × 10^-19 JOULE..
